We can provide - false affection.

This is the department
where we always please
with all our joys.

You can claim your benefit.
Pay off all your deficits.
Claim and we will satisfy.
DHSS can supply.

This was your department
but you slipped up (What a shame!)
you abused your package.

You're a rejection
of your section
in the Department
of Happiness and Self Satisfaction.
