Tamworth had been through it's prog rock phase, through heavy metal, punk, new wave, mod and new romantic but then, come the mid-80s, indie hit the town. This family tree highlights the evolution of one of the town’s finest purveyors of this musical genre - young Lee Revelle and Emma Gibbs Loves Badges. But other names of note also appear - Rob Cross, Mark Hynds, Spencer Ireland, Rob Kinson and many, many more.
